There is a lot of controversy about that the way it is processed or prepared. They do say that is better than many other vegetable oil’s. Although the best is coconut oil.

yeah so I’ve been having peanut butter 3 spoons, oats, walnuts almonds and banana and sometimes berries, with virgin olive oil, yesterday i forgot to add the oil and my face was all inflammed including the lips, so please help me what else can I add, the reason for these shakes is weight gain. anything else i can add

i used to take alot of supplements including too much omega 6 oil pills . after my insane sciatica flare up i stopped taking all my supplements . Now the only supplements i take daily is 1 multivitamin. 1 vitamin k2 . and 1 glucosamine. i now eat canned mackerel fillets for omega 3 . i stopped taking daily pain killers aswell . took me a while to detox from all that crap i used to take .
silverss onyoutube I have sciatica also. I stopped the meds asap. totally toxic. plus they stop your absorbtion of nutrients.

Do not eat pre-ground flax seeds because it is rancid from the get go.
Also don’t eat your flax seeds without grinding them. Grind them as you use them is best.

I make honey peanut butter using local raw unfiltered honey that I like eating with banana and chocolate peanut butter using organic dark chocolate when I can find it….. taste good with apple slices! I will up my Omega threes because I do suffer from arthritis as well. God bless! ?
