Should not affect your feet from the upper trap area. May be a good idea for your parents to take you to a neurologist or chiropractor to get evaluated

Stretches are fine. You don’t need to build the traps because just raising your arms everyday will do it. You want to strengthen the rhomboids between the shoulder blades to sustain good posture.
