Wow during the contraction, I started going light headed, but I breathed through it and woooooow. What a relief! Immediate relief!! I guess once I stopped working out, my traps weren’t getting the work they were used to doing, so they became really tight and underused.

Through my research, seems that I developed an imbalance called Upper Crossed Syndrome. And looking back 3 years, I used to powerclean a lot, cause it was my favorite lift. Sitting down all day in front of a computer doesn’t help either.
