I’m doing some pilates lessons and my physiotherapist teaches the same exercise with a liytlr diference. My gluteus must be a little up! is that correct? thanx for sharing your experience here in the web!

Thanks so much for this. This is so helpful for me. I am 16 weeks into healing from T 12 , L1 and transverse sacrum fracture. My core is so weak and sit ups will never again be an option. Why is it that I only gain weight in the mid section but I’m told that I can’t lose weight only in the mid section? If it can come on only there then it should come off only there right?
