Not only do i feel better physically…but now …IM SLEEPING ALL THRU THE NIGHT NOW!!! (NOTE….it was Your video tho, your kind caring voice and caring attitude is what saved me.) I cannot thank you enough for you kindness to share your info here on youtube. My body was so badly damaged..I had no idea..that’s y I needed the extra joint supplements. I go to a functional medicine doctor. So I’ve been on natural herbs n supplements for MANY years. Again, it was your kind caring attitude, conveyed in your video, that got my attitude up, beyond my pain, got me up on my feet, to get to the store to buy what I needed.!!! Amen!! Thank you !!!
Excellent Angela, happy for you.
Hi, how much of each did you take?
There are a few components to relieving pain at home. One resource I found that successfully combines these is the Mackyns Nature Guard (check it out on google) definately the no.1 blueprint that I have ever seen. look at all the awesome info .
Cheers for the Video clip! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you tried – Proutklarton Enjoy Playing Plan (just google it)? It is a smashing one off product for relieving back pain in just 16 minutes minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy at last got great results with it.
If you take lots of nsaids like Advil,I’d skip the turmeric. Or better yet skip the nsaids, which turned out were bringing my kidney values way down before I quit them entirely. Anyway, tumeric w/ nsaids mess with with your blood clotting, so avoid that combination.
That is correct. Well said.
+quarter_moon and_a_guitar
nsaids taken for neck pain raised my siezure medicine [dilantin] and did me harm, its another bad combo,im on a mission to be drug and pain freeeeeeeee
dry herbs in pill form can tare up your stomic and dry out you poop couseing dehydration and constipation so drink lots of water or add the herbs in with food I like to add to homemade v8 blend and drink
I’ve been or turmeric for a few months now and it has helped with my severe sciatica pain more then any pain killers.
Excellent!
Pill or powder? What you recommend?
You can do either one although the pill would give you a better understanding of exactly how many milligrams you are taking. It is more simple and convenient.
+Ki1ngOfGods I say pill just because it’s easy to take and no mess.
How many pills per day?
I was doing some web research about a year ago for sciatica. I tried the pain killers, massages, therapy, acupuncture and epidural shots. i even begged my doc for surgery. I took norco and began to have lucid dreams. the pain would not go away and I had a hard time standing, walking, and running. 3 years of this nasty debilitating pain. my mom told me about garlic being an anti inflammatory. I then searched the web and YouTube and found turmeric. I take both garlic and turmeric pills and it has done wonders. sciatica is not completely gone but it takes longer to trigger now. I don’t feel the inflammation at all. if you have sciatica you know what I’m talking about especially if it’s severe like mine. I play soccer once a week and have been doing this for the past 12 years. not being able to run or play soccer would drive me nuts. Hope this helps someone. thanks for the video DOC.
There is a reason you have pain – your body is trying to tell you something. And it does not stop, until you pay attention. It could be triggered by emotional, structural alignment and nutritional imbalance. A few years ago, I had sciatic pain. I learnt from it, and ever since, do some exercises each day. I also pay more attention to my emotions/attitudes, and nutrition. I made a video on Youtube, showing these exercises. It’s under my MegaMusicNotes, if you’re interested. I also like incorporating JinShinDo and Aromatherapy.
Doctor comes first and foremost. if you don’t know what the problem is the exercises you use to heal/help the injury feel better can just exacerbate the problem. emotions can make things feel worse, but managing your emotions alone will not heal an injury. See a doctor… not a chiropractor. get an MRI and find out what the problem is, and then you can find out how to rehabilitate it.
There are a few components to ways to treat back pain. One plan I found that succeeds in merging these is the Zavrins back guide (check it out on google) definately the no.1 plan that I’ve seen. look at all the amazing information .
thanks for sharing, I am going to check it out for sure.
In most cases chiropractors are way better. Doctors just prescribe drugs, and if you don’t push them to do more, that’s all they will do. Chiropractors look for the root, and usually the root of most illnesses is in the gut, you are what you eat. Diet is the #1 thing you can do to heal most injuries, the body was designed to heal itself, sometimes you just have to allow it by cutting out foods that are getting in the way, doctors won’t tell you this. If people were to eat right and live healthy lifestyles, the need for doctors would be so little over half would have to find a new job.
Yea, we need doctors, but not for every ache and pain.
Should I be taking all 4 each day? Or just Turmeric + Ginger? Or Boswellia? Or Bromelain? Or a certain combination of them? Appreciated!!
I would recommend to stay with the turmeric and ginger for the first 4 to 6 weeks to see how you respond.
Yes, BUT, Exactly how much do you have to consume for it to actually be effective?
You have to stand it several weeks to be effective as it saturates your system.
motivationaldoc I think what he meant was dosage. How many mg,s a day of each? I replied because im wondering the same thing. Recommended dosage on bottles differ for every ailment its being used for. Example: Fish oil bottle recommends 300 mgs 2 × a day. Omega 3 for osteoarthritis recommends 2,000 mgs a day.
Im using curcumin now which is most important turmeric ingredients but since turmeric is hard to absorb they took out curcumin and made 100% natural pill with that, its a miracle , i also took out curcumin powder from pill mix it with yolk egg and apply that on my back all the night ,and also during the day ,its a miracle ,you will notice a huge change in your pain level keep doing that until your pain is all gone its really good
I also took ginger +curcumin+ almond milk smothie every day ! These are great for inflamation ginger and turmuric
Can you recommend a brand for turneric ❓ and how many mg ❓
Thanks so much.
Pain is unbearable.
Bromelain is a great pain reliever. I have used it for quite some time. It’s more effective than ibuprofen or Tylenol. One thing I didn’t see mentioned about turmeric is that you need Standardized Turmeric, preferably with black pepper for better absorption.
Warren B Where do you buy your Tumeric with black pepper standardized? Thanks.
How much ginger and garlic should I take?
I’m from Turkey and you are a famous here. Thanks doctor for everythin ?
Blessings my friend ?
Neurologist recommends fusion for an L5 S1 herniated disk compressing S1 nerve Sciattica, NO WAY. FOOD : I made BONE BROTH, you add Apple cider vinegar and boil bones for 12 hours low heat, then you add ginger ALLOT, garlic, carrots, celery, cayene pepper and tumeric the last hour, strain everything eat nothing, put the juice in the fridge till tomorrow, heat to soup in microwave drink 2 cups day for a week, continue for 3 months, this is like eating pure cartillage. VITAMINS : take Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM, Calcium, Magnesuim Oxide, Zinc, Hyleuronic Acid (Huge dose), and OLMEGA 3 5,000 MG per month, Eskimos dont get back disease why. Then I had a Lydocaine, Bupivacaine injection into my periformis muscle which was also contracted as well as hamstrings, crippling me, due to compressed nerve, this injection works for six months, My back pain is totally gone, almost imeediately. I returned to the gym 2 days ago, and lifted heavy weights, not back exercises though only core strenthening stuff .In the six months relief the injection gives, save up EURO 10,000 treatment from http://www.regenexx.com, they use your stems cells harvested from your hip bone, injected into disk to regrow the disk. Everyone I know who has had a fusion, is not pain free, with complications and needing more surgery. I am pain FREE take that Osteochondrosis – Spondylarthrosis (Getting OLD) !!
Misha Vikingov Glucosamine chondroitin and magnesium oxide are obsorbed terribly. Glucosamine sulfate and magnesium glyconate/malate/citrate are much better. Also u say 5,000 mg omega 3 a month??? Osteoarthritis requires 2,000 mg a day, so your advice is way off.
Wow this is great info, I need to get Bromelain, thank you Dr. Mandell you’re the nicest doc ever!
I was enduring low back pain while aiming to sleep at night. As a result of my sleeping position, I made my hips out of its natural position. With this particular back pain guide, “fetching loni” (Google it) it`s done the trick. Will no longer waking up several times at night with back pain..
