*_Muscle Pain are among the major issues of both women and men. If anybody has muscle issue it’s difficult to do muscle associated work as his or her need. [ Go Here >>>>>_**_https://docs.google.com/document/d/1e52RpZ0JFFnRv42jDns19AW1UPnziZ7reJRK6qwhO1o/edit?usp=sharing_**_ ]_*

Very helpful video, thank you. I’ve done Judo for many years & recently I have been having a lot of problems with shoulder bursitis on both sides, but I don’t want to give it up. Would I be right in thinking that if I exercised my supraspinatus, subscapularis, & teres minor muscle groups this would help prevent future issues?

I have been having a shoulder problem for more than last 2 years and it is not getting better even
after many treatments. If I am here, it is because I am desperately looking for
some solution as I am running out of option.I hurt my right shoulder in summer 2014. While I was playing baseball, I dove to my right to
catch a ball. It was a badly executed dive as I landed on the point of my
elbow.  Since this pushed violently my arm up on the rotator-cuff socket, I must have jammed something. I felt a very sharp pain that ran from my deltoid to the base of my neck, and all along the top of my right shoulder. For few days I could feel pain on my biceps as well.
I had X-rays done to see if I broke anything. But nothing came up. Then I had ultrasound done. On
ultrasound, it showed a minor tear on my supraspinatus tendon and subscapular. So I went to see a physio. After 11 sessions, the pain lessened but did not go away. I could not stretch my right arm over my head as far as my other arm. I would feel a strange pinch, very hard to located and quite deep in the shoulder. Since my situation stagnated, my physio recommended a MRI to make sure there wasn’t another underlying problem that ultrasound did not pick up initially.
So I had a MRI done.
The result showed few problems. Presence of a discrete (2/5) bursitis under acromion-deltiod,  a minor tear of supraspinatus tendon, and a minor tear of subscapular tendon. So I went to see a different physio this time and did 20 sessions of physical therapy. I felt like
the pain went away. But deep inside I knew that my right shoulder did not feel like it did before the injury. I started to do a lot of rubber band exercises to strengthen by back shoulder. It helped a lot but my right shoulder never
felt 100%. Today my right shoulder feels weak. I still feel some pain when I
play baseball, when I throw balls or when I play tennis.  One day the pain is there and the next day it is not there. It varies from one day to the other making it very complicated to
know what is going on.  And my right shoulder cracks a lot. Dr, can you please let me what’s going on and what I should do?

Past 15 days am suffering severe pain from neck to elbow… I got solution here… thank u so much Dr. Mandell.

I had to go to urgent care to get a cortisone shot for my shoulder. Hurt like hell. I also have some problems with my neck and the two seemed to be related (I have almost two vertebrae in my neck practically rubbing together due to the disc being so thin). shoulder still hurts today, and the only way I can achieve any form of relief is to hold my arm straight up. Couldn’t even do the exercises. How long does it take for a steroid shot to kick in? I’m getting impatient with the pain I’m having

  • Josh Dumas

So, let me get this straight. All Ive got to do to get rid of this pain is workout my shoulders more?

THANK YOU FOR ALL THE INFO. I HAD A LEFT FROZEN SHOULDER FOR 1 AND 1/2YR. NOW I’M ON MY RIGHT FROZEN SHOULDER (OF COURSE CAUSED BY BURSITIS & IMPINGEMENT OF THE SUPRASPINATUS, AS WELL AS CALCIFICATIONS ON THE HEAD OF THE HUMERUS). FOR SOME REASON THIS SHOULDER IS MUCH WORSE IN PAIN AND RANGE OF MOTION AND HAS TAKEN A LONG TIME IN DEVELOPING AND IS TAKING A LONG TIME IN RECOVERING. I’M NOW INTO 1YR & 2 MOS. WITH VERY LITTLE PROGRESS, THEREFORE I CAN PREDICT THAT I HAVE A LONG WAY TO GO AND THAT IT MIGHT TAKE 2YRS.
YOUR VIDEOS W/ SELF MASSAGE, EXERCISES & STRETCHES HAVE HELPED TO KEEP THE MOBILITY AND LESSEN THE PAIN.

    • Angeles Rivera

THNX A LOT AGAIN!!! I’LL DEFINITELY DO THAT. AND YES, FOR A SEVERAL YRS I SPENT HRS ON COMPUTER. HOWEVER, MY POSTURE IS GOOD BEC I’VE ALWAYS EXERCISED AND DO YOGA.
GOD BLESS YOU AND THNX FOR TAKING THE TIME TO ADVISE ME.

Correct your pronation/rounding of the shoulder. Mostly all bursitis is directly related to pronated shoulders. Strengthen rhomboids/retractors and stretch the chest
