I had knee pain as long as I can think. Most of the time I forgot about it during my workouts. Some days I could barely walk upstairs or sleep, because of the pain. I tried this exercise and they are GONE. I don’t feel any pain anymore, I can do my squats and lunges, without stopping. I was used to the pain so much that I couldn’t imagine a life without knee pain. Two weeks and they are still gone and I can move freely without pain! Thank you so much! This means the world to me!

I did the treatment, not fully knowing how to do it. Moving my knee cap up I think was really tight. I was a bit skeptical about it working for me, because I’m like 290 pounds @ 6 foot 3 inches tall, and I can barely do any squats. Doing squats literally burns up my knees like crazy. Anyways, my knees almost instantly felt a hundred times better! We’ll see what tomorrow brings, and believe me I’ll be doing this treatment for the rest of my life. Other techniques work a little bit, but not like this. While standing, if I bent my knees and grabbed my foot from behind to do a little quadricep stretch, pulling my feet to my butt, and once I was done, letting my foot go down to the ground would just kill me. Not now! Praise God this works so good. And it is easy and quick to do! Thanks DOC!

I have a question for you. The front of my right knee has been sore for the past 2 months. It clicks and pops. It especially pops when I plant my foot and turn. Any idea what the problem could be? Also, I’m in my early 30’s if that makes a difference. Thx! I will definitely be trying this.
