It would be impossible to thank you enough Dr Mandell for the information you give us! The human body almost falls apart with modern sedentary life. We should be living with our clans & tribes and living off the land and sharing nurture & care. Instead we are all stressed with work, paying bills or depression & anxiety for those with no work. The food is badly lacking in nutrients. Getting your body & muscles oiled and worked & stretched every day truly helps all people. Thank you!
Folks, DR M rocks! He is right on about the forward head posture problem. I was 100% cured by his advise, don’t worry if you’ve been given all kinds of scary diagnoses , arthritis etc, keep that head balanced and you’ll be AOK.. Thanks doc.
Linny…everyone is different and the shorter your muscles are the longer it will take. I have cervical dystonia because of forward head posture that has messed up my TMJ. Forward Head Posture is really bad…take care of yourself

That’s your genetic make-up. Don’t worry about making yourself different then the way you were created.
