Correctional Exercise to Restore Normal Curve in Neck from Forward Head Posture / Dr Mandell
Working long hours looking down and forward causes forward head carriage that will lead to neck pain, pinched nerves, headaches, TMJ, arthritis, and disc problems. Stretching the proprioception organelles in the ligaments with this technique will help correct forward head posture as communication to the brain is achieved through proprioception.

This is an excellent posture treatment solution “doso shocking guide” (Google it) when you`re trying to better your posture. As I am working, I use it for one hour daily. I sit all day for my job and my posture has got worse. There are more advancements to come, but I could say that it is effective.

Oh good. A followup video. Problem. I have benign positional vertigo so I can’t lay flat. And definitely not upside down. So I have to fix that first? And the only way to fix that is to provoke vertigo. Which I’m petrified of. Again, I’m screwed. I’m going to die with a crooked head.
Try doing these at the top of your stairs or put a
Mattress on the floor or
Outside as you step off your patio
