HOW is this possible that here this guy recommends to stretch up (pull fingers up/backward) and knead the tissue, while some other doctors or physiotherapist recommend stretchin DOWN and do not knead or massage that tissue??. HOW please tell me how is this possible. One side must be wrong. I am so confused.

When I had plantar fascia -itis I walked on the outer edge of my feet which made my walking strange and add also walk on my tiptoes ever since I was little which made me have short Achilles tendon. Fml

I’ve had this issues for a while because I have high arches and am over weight. I recently started to go to the gym 4-5 times a week, and after working out it gets so bad that I don’t want to stand anymore. However, I think losing weight would help it overall. How can i workout without making it worse? i bought special inserts and better support shoes? I’ll try to ice and stretches…anything else i should be doing?
