Back pain is a common condition that affects millions of people every year. I know first hand that there is nothing more aggravating than constant back pain. That’s why I put this blog up.
Back pain can affect people of all ages, from adolescents to the elderly, and can take a serious toll on your daily activities. Many people are able to continue a normal lifestyle with back pain but others may find that it disrupts their work and social activities.

Back Pain? You are not alone!
If you’ve ever groaned, “Oh, my aching back!”, you are not alone. Back pain is one of the most common reasons people go to the doctor or miss work. It has an amazing ability to stop you in your tracks. It can be agonizing and can even threaten your quality of life. But it doesn’t have to be that way.
Although back pain is a common problem, you usually can keep it from ruling your life by recognizing the signs and symptoms and making appropriate, and simple, lifestyle changes.
Fortunately, you can take measures to prevent or relieve most back pain episodes. I want to help you with your back pain using methods you may not have tried. With this blog, you can find relief from back pain, make your life more joyful and be able to get back to your usual self.
I am not a medical practitioner nor physiotherapist. However, I am a “lay-expert” as 11 years ago I was diagnosed with two crushed vertebrae. Prior to that going back to my twenties I have suffered from a scoliosis and lumber pain. I know back pain, but am physically active and otherwise in good health.
