Hi there Doc. I’m a Massage and NeuroMuscular Therapist. I use a similar stretch with my clients. This one is a variation where mine has the indivudual just allowing the leg to drop off of the side and bend the knee slightly. I can see how this one will work better, putting a good stretch on the entire muscle and is likely less intensely painful. Thanks so much. I will definately share this one. Love your work.

I have been doing this for decades, I came upon this by myself when I was in my early 20s I am now 68. And it works or I wouldn’t be doing it all these years.

I’ve had issues for years in a job that requires lifting, and nothing has completely helped until now! Thank you!

This stretch has helped me immensely as I find difficult to stand upright immediately after sitting down for some time. I gather this is mainly a psoas problem? If so I will look further among your videos to address it. Many thanks for sharing your great work! Blessings.

I just want to say thank you for your work! I have been suffering with hip problems for weeks. I have a lot of numbness when standing and weakness when I try to lift my leg to the back when lying on my back in yoga class. Then I noticed that one leg or my pant leg was shorter on one side….. Any way I tried some of the exercises you shared for hip imbalance and my leg feels so must better. Thank you so much for what you do!

This back pain guideline, “fetching loni” (Google it) is excellent! I find it too good to be true at first but when I used it yesterday evening, I find myself with a relieved back next thing early in the day. Sent this to my parents. I was told that they can`t imagine how wonderful was it. The most reliable treatment for back pain..

The warrior pose for the psoas muscle is a gift from God. I drive a dump truck for a living, so I spend 100s of hours in a seat. I WAS suffering from severe hip pain and debilitating pain in the front and back of my thigh. I tried it last night, and for the 1st time in over 2 weeks I was able to wake up in the morning without excruciating agony. Thank you

This works very well. Thank you for for your help. One would never hear this great explanation from a regular doctor.

This back pain guide seriously amazes me, search for Google “fetching loni”. Quite often, the position of my knees, hips and back is kept because of this. As I get out of bed in the morning, I really don`t feel pain anymore. The condition of my knees has tremendously improved since I began making use of this..
