A Great Stretch to release the Pelvic that can be causing your chronic lower back and sciatic pain. The Hamstrings attaches to the lower pelvic called the ischial tuberosity. When the hamstring muscles are tight and shortened it will lock your pelvic when you bend forward causing ligaments and nerves to become inflammed and painful. Do this stretch daily on both sides (holding the stretch 20-30 seconds, and do not bounce up and down) and you should see a lot more motion and less pain. I hope this helps you.
